Modren garments

It is, therefore, Haram to wear almost skin- tight clothes, mini dress, micro-dress, see-through, and all sorts of top- less garments designed to display the intimate parts of the body. Some scholars, however, hold that because of the widespread loose morals of our time, Muslim women should cover their faces also. A part of Surah an Nur of the Holy Quran deals with mutual relations of man and woman with dress and manners. Once, when the prophet ﷺ‎ saw a bride in a thin dress he said, "The woman who wears this, does not believe in Surah an -Nur".One day you will learn about this in detail.

A Muslim woman,s dress:

Islam requires men and women to behave modestly and decently towards one another. It sets out certain guidelines for how men and women should dress publicly and privately. A Muslim woman, particularly when she goes out, should wear a dreass which will conceal all parts of her body. Materials should not be transparent. once Asma bint Abu Bakr visited her sister A,ishah, wife  of the prophet
ﷺ‎ . When she noticed that asma,s dress was not thick enough, the prophet ﷺ‎ drew his eyes away in anger and said, "When a girl comes of age, no parts of her body should be seen but these; and he pointed out to his hands and face."
It is obligatory for a Muslim woman to cover her head, breast, and neck completely so that nothing of then is seen. Islam makes it Haram (prohibited) for women to wear clothes which fail to cover the body and which are transparent.

The Muslims make advaces in medicine:

Using the medical knowledge of the greeks, physicians in Muslim lands became the most skilled doctors of the time. They studied an preserved their old written works. Then, they added to them their own special knowledge. The Muslim doctors thought deeply about different illnesses and discovered medicines useful for treating them. They learnt about diseases by observation of the sick people. It means they watched carefully how a disease acted on people who had it.

DAJJAL WILL NOT ENTER MECCA AND MEDINA

The damned Dajjal or the big liar will be prevented from entrance of holy cities of Mecca and Madina. The angels will guard the gates of these two holy cities and will turn him away whenever he will try to enter it. Hazrat Abu Hurairah (May God be pleased with him) relates that the Messenger of God (ﷺ‎) said, "Dajjal will come from East with the intention of entering Medina. He will come down behind ' Ohad Mountain' from where the angels will turn his face towards Syria. He will perish there."
(Muslim)
Hazrat Abu Bakrah (may God be pleased with him) narrated the Holy Prophet (
ﷺ‎)  as saying, "The fear of Masil Dajjal will not reach Medina. At that time Medina will have seven gates having two angels on each gate (Bukhari)
